Allow Screen Time access during setup, choose the apps you want to manage, and set your session length. Turn Patrol on when you want those apps blocked.

Manage your subscription
For an Apple-billed subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Scroll Patrol to manage or cancel it.
